That I am very shock what happened and that my Family and myself want to give all the people in all Japan all our positive strength to survive this and hope that everyone will become stronger out if this nighmare. I have being many times in Japan, and visiting the area of Sendai I still cannot believe what happened I really hope to be one day back in the land of the rising sun.

1972年生まれ、ベルギー人。1989年のモトクロス世界選手権開幕戦イタリアで世界デビュー。その後2006年の現役引退までに、世界選手権史上最多となる10回のタイトル、101回の優勝を誇る“モトクロス・レジェンド”。2007年よりKTMモトクロスファクトリーチームのレーシングディレクターに就任。その指揮のもと、数多くのKTMモトクロスライダーがタイトルを獲得している。
In the KTM family we all have been very shocked by this tragic human catastrophe. We are all very sorry for you and your country!! But we are very impressed by the discipline an the positive engagement you are suffering this situation.
Of course this is not the moment to think about funny things like motocycle racing but we hope that we can bring you some positive moments when we are trying to be successful and winning at the World Championship with our products.
We wish you all the power and energy for this difficult days.
